With Pitch Perfect 2 currently kicking some action movie’s tuchus at the box office this weekend, Anna Kendrick felt the need to challenge James Corden’s claim to be ‘the best a capella singer in town.’

A-Ca-Awesome Pitch Perfect Gets Big Blu-ray/DVD Release

One of the most surprising summer movies this year, Pitch Perfect took what could have have been a formulaic story filled with stereotypical characters and gave it enough fresh twists – and a whole lot of awesome a cappella music – to make it a lot of slightly twisted fun.

On December 18th the film is getting a home video release, that’s packed with features (even on the standard DVD!) including two (!!) audio commentary tracks, deleted and extended scenes and the proverbial much, much more.
