Julianna Margulies has joined the cast of Dietland, a new drama from AMC.
In the upcoming original series from Marti Noxon Margulies will play Kitty, a wildly ambitious magazine editor whose world is thrown into chaos when a feminist terrorist organization starts targeting people in her orbit.
Dietland is band on the bestselling novel by Sarai Walker. The 10-episode series will premiere in 2018.

Every time I see a remake that makes me cringe, I remember that Hollywood needed three tries to get it right with The Maltese Falcon. Then, when I see a good remake, like Fright Night, I feel ever so slightly vindicated for not giving up hope.
Point Pleasant was a quirky little horror/fantasy series that was snuffed out too soon. Tomorrow, July 4th, beginning at 11/10C, Chiller will run the entire series – including the five episodes that were never aired. If you miss the fun because of Independence Day celebrations, but are too adrenalized from the day’s activities to get to sleep right away, the entire marathon will be rebroadcast beginning at midnight/11C.
