As we learned from It’s a Wonderful Life, every time a bell rings an angel gets its wings – raising the question, what kind of sour-toned bell would produce an Angry Angel?

Set in New York City, Angry Angel follows a young woman turned angel, Allison Pyke, who is stuck on Earth and can’t seem to ring the right bells in order to pass through those pearly gates into heaven.

Angry Angel, Freeform’s first original Christmas movie, stars Brenda Song, Jason Biggs, Ricky Mabe, Andrew Batchelor and Andy Favreau and will premiere on Monday, November 27th (9/8C) as part of Freeform’s 25 Days of Christmas.

Surprise! American Reunion Is Hilarious!

(L to R) Kevin (THOMAS IAN NICHOLAS), Jim (JASON BIGGS), Stifler (SEANN WILLIAM SCOTT), Oz (CHRIS KLEIN) and Finch (EDDIE KAYE THOMAS) are together again in "American Reunion". In the comedy, all the "American Pie" characters we met a little more than a decade ago return to East Great Falls for their high-school reunion.

Before Judd Apatow’s laugh factory, there was the American Pie Trilogy [and a handful of straight-to-DVD movies that weren’t as bad as they could have been, but warrant no further comment], a series of three R-rated comedies with hearts of gold and a core sweetness that made at least two of them great fun. American Reunion somehow manages to take the elements that made the originals work and update them in a way that feels fresh.

Mad Love: American Pie and Scrubs Alumni Lead Inveterate Cast of Scene Stealers

TCA Winter Press Tour 2011

CBS’ new sitcom, Mad Love [Mondays, 8:30/7:30C] has a sweet spot on the schedule, following as it does, How I Met Your Mother. Add Jason Biggs [American Pie Trilogy] and Sarah Chalke [Scrubs] and things are definitely looking good. Then, toss Tyler Labine [Reaper, Sons of Tucson] and Judy Greer [Arrested Development, Love & Other Drugs] into the mix and you have an inveterate cast of scene stealers – and a premise that gives them plenty of room to work.

Jason Biggs and Sarah Chalke Are Mad About Mad Love!

MAD LOVE

Mad Love [Mondays, 8:30/7:30C] is a bit different from the usual CBS sitcom in that while it features Ben and Kate – a couple who are beginning a romantic relationship, the new, wonderful relationship comes at the expense of their respective best friends, Larry and Connie, who despise each other at first encounter.

I had the opportunity to take part in a conference call with Jason Biggs [Ben] and Sarah Chalke [Kate], who are very much in love with the show and happy to tell everyone why.
