We all know the story – the beautiful Belle sacrificing her freedom to save her father; the arrogant princeling whose ill treatment of a poor old woman leads to being cursed to become a beast until he finds someone who can love him despite his ferocious appearance. The question is whether it’s worth seeing the film in 3D.
Short answer: Yes!
I had the opportunity to attend an advance screening of the 3D release of Beauty and the Beast this morning, not the least because the brilliant Disney classic is well served by its 3D conversion, but also because the wedding that was promised in Disney’s Tangled is the setting for the fabulously frantic farce of Tangled Ever After.
Despite the wedding of Rapunzel [Mandy Moore] and Flynn Rider [Zachary Levi], Tangled Ever After the short is actually a showcase for the smartest characters in the original movie – that would be Pascal the horse and Maximus the chameleon…
