Fox News Channel Anchor Megyn Kelly has added Orange is the New Black star Laverne Cox to the guest list on her one-hour primetime special, Megyn Kelly Presents… Cox will starring in FOX’s Rocky Horror Picture Show in the fall.
Kelly’s other guests include: Michael Douglas, former O.J. Simpson defense attorney Robert Shapiro and the presumptive Republican nominee of President of the United States, Donald Trump.

On “MEGYN KELLY presents,” airing Tuesday, May 17 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX, FOX News Channel (FNC) anchor Megyn Kelly will interview Laverne Cox, the Emmy Award-nominated actress who will appear as “Dr. Frank-N-Furter” in this fall’s THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW event on FOX. Cox, the first trans woman of color to have a leading role on a mainstream scripted television show, is best known for portraying the groundbreaking role of transgender inmate “Sophia Burset” on “Orange is The New Black.”
As previously announced, the special also will feature Kelly’s first extensive sit-down interview with presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, as well as interviews with Academy Award-winning actor Michael Douglas and LegalZoom.com founder and famed defense attorney Robert Shapiro. Shapiro was notably part of the “Dream Team” that successfully defended O.J. Simpson in what has been dubbed the “trial of the century,” and this is his first television interview since the debut of the FX series, “The People V. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story.”
Kelly anchors “The Kelly File” (weekdays, 9:00-10:00 PM/ET) on FNC, the second most-watched program in cable news, averaging more than two million viewers. She has landed some of the most coveted guests in the television news business for the nearly three-year-old program, including the Duggar family, Bill Ayers, Charles Koch and Michael Moore.
