Remember what I said about “barely scratching the surface” for the “Assassin’s Creed” sequel? I wasn’t kidding.

Today, Ubisoft announced that the first DLC for the game, titled “Battle of Forli” will launch in January, while a second DLC named “Bonfire of the Vanities” will hit in February. Prices are still being determined, but you’ll need a disc copy of “Assassin’s Creed II” on Playstation 3 or Xbox 360, and have an Internet connection, to download the additional content. A minimum of 1.0 GB of memory available for each DLC is also required.

Great news.
