Sticking with the LEGO theme, the official TV spot for “LEGO Rock Band” hit the networks today, and it tips its hat to Queen’s “We Will Rock You,” one of the 45 songs included in the game.

Like other iterations of the “Rock Band” franchise, “LEGO Rock Band” puts the power of rock into the hands of tweens, teens, families and gamers of all ages. The game is developed by TT Games in partnership with Harmonix. It creates LEGO characters that jam on guitar, bass and drums. Other bands contributing tunes to the easier, family-friendly game include Counting Crowes, Blink 182, The Police, Elton John, David Bowie, Spinal Tap, Pink, Bryan Adams and Bon Jovi, to name just a few.

Produced and distributed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and MTV Games, LEGO Rock Band is available now for Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION3, Wii and Nintendo DS.
