TCM will honor Robert Osborne – the face of the network for over two decades – with a 48-hour tribute/marathon.
The tribute will include many of his best long form interviews – episodes of Private Screenings with immortals like Debbie Reynolds, Liza Minnelli, Betty Hutton and Ernest Borgnine; more intimate reviews with the likes of Peter O’Toole, Eva Marie Saint and Alan Arkin, and the episode of Private Screenings in which Osborne was interviewed by Alec Baldwin.
The Robert Osborne Tribute will air beginning Saturday, March 18th (6am/5C) and run through Sunday, March 19th.
