When A&E canceled Longmire the outcry was sufficient for Netflix to pick up the series – where it got even better! Episodes are longer, even more nuanced and the characters even more fully explored over the course of some of the most interesting cases ever.
The fourth season DVD set has no featurettes – not even the token behind the scenes stuff that appeared on the previous three DVD sets. As such, the season stands on its own – and it stands tall!
Love, technolgy, culture – somehow, making all three things fit just isn’t easy. In fact, it’s so not easy that there’s a new Netflix anthology series about a number of diverse Chicago characters who are trying to figure it out – not very well in some case.
Ironically, the show is called Easy. It premieres on September 22nd. Check out the trailer after break.
Netflix documentary Audrie & Daisy is the story of two girls who were sexually assaulted and even worse, filmed as it happened. One lived and through it to become a stronger, more vital human being; the other took her own life.
Singer/songwriter Tori Amos talks about the film, the girls and the song she wrote for the film in a new video – that follows the break – released today by Netflix.
