BOOM! STUDIOS RETURNS TO BALTIMORE COMIC-CON 2018!

BOOM! Studios has announced it will return to Baltimore Comic-Con, to be held at the Baltimore Convention Center from September 28-30.

The publisher will be bringing with them special guests including Marguerite Bennett (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) along with Sean Rubin (Bolivar) and Phillip Kennedy Johnson (Low Road West).

Two new exclusive variant covers – Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #31 Convention Exclusive and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Shattered Grid #1 Convention Exclusive – will debut at the Con.

First Look: The Power Rangers Go Beyond the Grid in September!

After the stunning conclusion to the hit comic book event Power Rangers: Shattered Grid, an all-new, all-star team of Power Rangers is drawn together from across time and space to combat a never-before-seen evil.

As they fight to prove to themselves and each other that they have what it takes to survive in a dangerous new environment, these iconic Power Rangers must defeat the onslaught of an unfamiliar, terrifying new villain.

From creative team of writer Marguerite Bennett and artist Simone di Meo, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #31 begins the Beyond the Grid storyline – in comics shops on September 26th.

BOOM! Studios’ Sleepy Hollow Arrives In Time For Halloween!

BOOM! Studios’ announced Sleepy Hollow four-issue miniseries has a premiere date: October 15th – just in time for Halloween.

From writer Marguerite Bennett and artist Jorge Coelho, the series opens with Ichabod Crane and Lt. Abby Mills glad to see a series of minor miracles of the positive kind occurring in Sleepy Hollow – but, as we’ve come to expect, all is not as it seems.

Each issue will also feature a short backup story written and illustrated by Noelle Stevenson. Follow the jump for further details.

BOOM! Studios’ Butterfly: Family Drama in Spy Thriller Context!

With spies continuing to be in the zeitgeist, it occurred to Marguerite Bennett (Batgirl, Sleepy Hollow) that it would make for an interesting story to look at the personal cost of the spy business.

Butterfly explores the relationship between an estranged father and daughter couched win terms of a spy thriller. Written by Bennet and screenwriter Arash Amel (Erased), with art by Antonio Fusco (G.I. Joe: Cobra), Butterfly is BOOM! STUDIOS, with first issue due in stores on September 24th.
