Today’s announcement focuses on their children’s programming ambitions. It’s truly starting to look like they are going for as broad a market as possible while keeping true to their HBO programming roots as well.  Now, I don’t know if it’s my jealousy speaking here or perhaps I’m old, but I didn’t even understand half the stuff in today’s Press release. Craftopia and Karma are two kids based competition series that will be hosted by “Social Media Mavens” – Lauren Riihimaki, aka LaurDIY. I have zero clue who these two are but apparently have over 21 million followers on YouTube.
