Atmospheric Teaser: Walt Disney’s Live-Action Beauty and the Beast!

You all know the story. Most of you loved the Disney animated film.

Now Disney has released the atmospheric teaser trailer for the live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast – directed by Oscar®-winner Bill Condon and starring Emma Watson as Belle. Once again, it looks like they got it right.

Check it out after the jump. Walt Disney’s Beauty and the Beast will be in theaters on May 17th, 2017.

Memorable Trailer: Regression!

Emma Watson and Ethan Hawke have starred together in a horror movie (the things that come to you when you’re not looking), called Regression – directed by Alejandro Amenabar (The Others).

Watson plays a young woman who has accused her father of an unspeakable crime – a crime he confesses to but does not remember committing; Hawke is the cop who wants to find out what’s going on.

Regression opens in the U.S. on August 28th. Check out the Spanish trailer (hence the subtitles) after the jump.

BAFTA Los Angeles Names First 2014 Award Honorees!

Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Emma Watson, Mike Leigh and Dame Judi Dench will be honored at the 2014 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles® Jaguar Britannia Awards – to be presented on Thursday, October 30th and airing on BBC America on Sunday, November 2nd (9/8C).

Robert Downey Jr. is the recipient of this year’s Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film; Mark Ruffalo will receive this year’s Britannia Humanitarian Award; Emma Watson is the recipient of The Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year; Mike Leigh is set to receive The John Schlesinger Britannia Award for Excellence in Directing, and Dame Judi Dench has been awarded the 2014 Albert R. Broccoli Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Entertainment.
