CBS All Access unveiled the ship at the heart of the new Star Trek series: the U.S.S. Discovery – which will also figure in the title of the series – Star Trek Discovery.

CBS Television Studios are releasing a new Star Trek series in January, 2017. The series, which will be produced by Alex Kurtzman (Star Trek, Star Trek Into Darkness) will executive produce the series.
CBS Studios International will distribute the series globally for television and multiple platforms. The series premiere will air on CBS – then the the premiere and all subsequent episodes will stream exclusively on on CBS All Access in the U.S.
