Television nominees for the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards were announced this morning.

ABC led broadcast networks with 14 nominations, but HBO, as usual, lead all networks with 22.

The 22nd annual Critics’ Choice Awards, hosted by TJ Miller, airs on A&E live on December 11 at 8PM ET, 5 PM PT. Read on for the complete list of nominees.

Critics Choice Awards Nominees: Mad Max Scores Big; Fargo Leads Television!

The Critics Choice Awards were announced live on A&E this morning and a few interesting trends were immediately apparent.

In film, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Martian, Carol and The Revenant were the big leaders, while Fargo was the leader in television. Most of the cinematic favorites weren’t a huge surprise but the love shown Fargo – and a great many relatively new TV series, for that matter – was.

The vast majority of the CCA noms didn’t show up at the Golden Globes. Here though, nominations went to actors from Mr. Robot, unReal, The Knick, Master of None, Last Man on Earth, Bblack-ish, Fresh Off the Boat, The Grinder, The Leftovers, Rectify, Penny Dreadful and Jessica Jones – along with a few repeats (Transparent, for one).
