Sometimes it really is great to live in a big city like DC where there’s always something going on. This weekend Joe Walsh, Steven Tyler with his Nashville-based band, Loving Mary, Sheryl Crow, Jason Isbell, The Fray, Aloe Blacc, and John Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls will be on the mall rocking for a cause!

Facing Addiction, a new, national non-profit group that will serve as a voice for the over 85 million Americans impacted by addiction, is proud to organize the “UNITE to Face Addictionrally, a free event on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, October 4, 2015. To date, over 685 diverse partner organizations from around the country will join Facing Addiction to launch a first-of-its-kind campaign to let our nation know that addiction is preventable and treatable, that far too many of those affected have been incarcerated, and that people can and do get well. The concert will be held this Sun, Oct 4th, from 4 – 8pm.
