“Shanghai Knights” is the overdone sequel to “Shanghai Noon”. There are a lot of laughs, but it is way too long. Instead of background music there is foreground music. The martial arts and gymnastic squences go on too long. If you go, stay for the out-takes at the end. GRADE = “C+”
