What’s The Sitch? Disney Channel Casting Live-Action Kim Possible!

Casting has begun on a live-action Kim Possible movie for the Disney Channel Original Movie franchise, 16 years after the popular character – a typical high school girl who, in her spare time, saves the world from evil villains – debuted in the animated comedy/adventure series that became a global hit.

The Disney channel Original Movie will be written by the original series’ creators, Mark McCorkle and Robert Schooley – and Josh Cagan.

Gaumont Options Stan Sakai’s Usagi Yojimbo for Animated Series!

The adventures of Stan Sakai’s ronin rabbit, Usagi Yojimbo, have been optioned by Gaumont for development as an animated TV series.

The series will be co-produced by Gaumont, Sakai, James Wan’s Atomic Monster, and Dark Horse Entertainment’s Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg who will serve as executive producers, with Chris Tongue as co-executive producer.

FX Sets Premiere Date for Second Season of Legion!

The premiere season of FX’s Legion ended David Haller and his friends evicting Amahl Farouk, a powerful parasite, from his mind and body, but almost immediately thereafter, David was spirited away by a mysterious orb. Farouk fled in the body of Oliver Bird – to plot a path to infinite power.

The story will continue in Legion: Season 2 – premiering on Tuesday, April 3rd (10/9C).
