AMC showed the trailer for its new martial arts series, Into the Badlands, at Comic-Con this year. If you liked Kill Bill or any of a dozen post-apocalyptic martial arts cult movies, then you are going to love this. Plus, Timothy Omundson as an out and out villain.
And now for something completely different – a five-minute trailer for Guy Ritchie’s The Man From U.N.C.L.E. – in which stuff goes boom; future partners brawl before teaming up and pretty girls prove to be (at least) as deadly as the male.
And is it just me, or does Henry Cavill look a lot like Roger Moore in his prime here? (Also, the movie is set in the ’60s – arguably Moore’s best decade.) And no matter what anyone says, as good as he is here, Armie Hammer is just too darned tall to be Ilya Kuryakin…
At least Warners has shared this Comic-Con trailer with the rest of us after its exclusive first appearance in the legendary Hall H. The Man From U.N.C.L.E. prowls into theaters on August 16th.
Fresh from its appearance at Comic-Con 2015, check out the new trailer for Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice!
It’s dark, it’s portentous, it features a grim Martha Kent telling Clark he doesn’t owe the world a thing – and Zod in a body bag! It also features the first real BvS action and a (brief) look at Wonder Woman in action.
It almost makes Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy look positively cheery. Follow the jump for the almost four-minute explosion of Zack Snyder superhero madness. Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice opens on March 16, 2016.
Disney/Lucasfilm didn’t have a new Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer for Comic-Con, but there was a behind-the-scenes featurette that captures some of the enthusiasm and love that’s going into the film.
Check it out after the jump. Star Wars: The Force Awakens lights up theaters on December 18th.
Amazon Prime has just released the Comic-Con trailer for The Man in the High Castle – the alternate timeline tale in which the Axis won World War II. Based on the classic Philip K. Dick novel, the trailer really looks like it captures the paranoia and just-a-hair-off America of the ’60s from the book.
Check it out after the jump. The Man in the High Castle is now in production.
Ah, I remember talking to the Cast of Teen Wolf before the 2nd season launched when everyone was happy and still looked like normal people. Now everyone is super model hot! I met the cast 4 or 5 times, but Dylan always somehow escapes me, one day it’s going to happen. I love me some Stiles!
I attended Warner Brother’s Pilot Screenings instead of Preview night, but I still managed to snap so photos for you. The show floor was packed with people – and this is just for preview night, it’s going to be insane today.
The Assassin’s Creed Experience returns to San Diego Comic-Con for its second year with bigger and more challenging obstacles that will have players parkouring and soaring through Victorian-era London. Course attendees will receive instantly shareable action shots of them tackling two of the course’s obstacles, the overhead glider, new to this year’s course, and the iconic 25-foot Leap of Faith. Additionally, fans who pre-order the game will receive The Rooks Initiation Kit, which includes everything they need to join Jacob and Evie Frye’s gang on their quest to liberate London. Holy crap, I have to do this! Check out the amazing trailer.
