Awards Season Confusion III: Los Angeles Film Critics Association Names The Descendants Best Picture!

The Los Angeles Film Critics Association today named Alexander Payne’s The Descendants 2011’s Best Picture and Terrence Malik [Tree of Life] Best Director. The LAFCA Awards added to the stunning lack of consensus as to the possibilities for both Oscar nominations and award winners.
