“I Heart Shakey” coming to On Demand and Theaters

There’s a wonderful independent family movie by Phase 4 Films coming later this month to On Demand and theaters called “I Heart Shakey”. According the press release the story of “I Heart Shakey follows the journey of a single father J.T, his nine-year-old daughter, Chandler and their devoted dog, Shakey. After landing his dream job in Chicago, J.T. has to make the hardest decision of his life by moving his family of three to the big city from their small town. Shortly after they settle into their new luxurious home, they realize they have missed the fine print in the rental contract stating “no pets.” Devastated by the possible loss of her beloved pet, Chandler hatches a plan to keep Shakey and teach her dad a valuable lesson about loyalty and the importance of keeping a family together.

Jam Live Music Arcade rocks all the way!

Jam Live Music Arcade is an INCREDIBLY FUN game if you’re into mixing tracks and creating your own version of todays hits in the electronic/hip-hop/rock genre. Jam Live Music Arcade was released on May 16th, 2012 and created by Zivix LLC and published by Reverb Publishing/505 Games. This team put together a great game. Look East: Korean Film Festival comes to Hollywood June 23rd & 24th

On June 23rd, 2012 Hollywood will be hosting for the first time the “Look East: Korean Film Festival” to celebrate Korean film and culture. Korean actors Lee Byung Hun and Ahn Sung Ki will be attending and they will be leaving their handprints at the at the Hollywood Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and become part of “Walk of Fame” royalty. Lee Byung Hun (roles in ‘The Good, The Bad, The Weird,’ ‘G.I. Joe,’ and ‘A Bittersweet Life’) and Ahn Sung Ki (well-respected Korean star who has appeared in nearly 100 movies), will be the first Korean actors to leave their hand prints at the Hollywood Landmark Theater.

The festival also expects to have A-listers in attendance that include: Clint Eastwood, Quentin Tarantino, Oliver Stone, and Pierre Rissient. Additional details on the Look East: Korean Film Festival from the press release after the jump:

Yesterday a brand new trailer was released for the much anticipated relaunch of the Spiderman franchise entitled “The Amazing Spider-Man”. Balance & Composure to release three track EP!

Alternative rock band Balance & Composure will be releasing a three track ep next week entitled “Acoustic”. Acoustic will feature three songs from Balance & Composure’s previous album “Separation” which was released in early May of 2011. The song selections for “Acoustic” will be “Separation”, “Stonehands”, and “More To Me”.

Happy Endings webisode #6

The final webisode of the six-part “Subaru Happy Endings” series has been released recently. Webisode #6 has been directed by Adam Pally (also known as Max Blum). Besides playing Max Blum on Happy Endings, Adam Pally has made several appearances on the television show Californication that stars David Duchovny, Natascha McElhone, and Madeleine Martin. “Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt 23” premiere’s this Wednesday!

A new show is coming this Wednesday night (April 11th, 2012) to ABC called “Don’t Trust The B__ In Apt 23”. The show synopsis is:  –A wide-eyed Midwestern girl moves to New York City to pursue her dream job only to find herself living with an outlandish girl with the morals of a pirate. June’s (Dreama Walker) well-planned well-organized life takes a drastic turn when she arrives in New York to find that the corporate finance job she moved there for no longer exists. As she tries to navigate her newly single life in the big city, her Midwestern scruples are constantly put to the test by her wild and sophisticated party-girl roommate Chloe (Krysten Ritter) and Chloe’s best friend, the actor James Van Der Beek (James Van Der Beek).
