AMC To Marathon National Lampoon’s Vacation Movies!

With the reboot/sequel/re-imagining of National Lampoon’s Vacation arriving next week, perhaps it’s time to revisit the originals.

AMC has a summer vacation marathon of National Lampoon’s Vacation, Vegas Vacation, and National Lampoon’s European Vacation set for Friday, July 31st. The network will screen the trio twice, beginning at 2pm/1C and 8/7C.

In the fourth outing for the vacation franchise, the Griswolds have to survive Vegas fever when they go to Las Vegas for a fun family vacation.

National Lampoon’s European Vacation at 6:00 PM

After winning a European vacation on a game show, Clark Griswold convinces his reluctant family to accompany him.  The clan encounters one disaster after another as they travel through Europe. Clark’s attempts to cheer everyone up make things worse.
