It's not too bad if you watch the HD trailer, but yeah nothing bets watching it in the theater...

Just went and saw the trailer at indianajones.com. First half of it were scenes from the first 3 movies, followed by scenes from the new one. Ford does look silly doing the same stunt work he did 30 years ago. It might seem more exciting watching the trailer on the big screen, but on the computer it looked a little boring.

I can't remember another movie with so many things going for it both good and bad. In the bad category is first and foremost Harrison Ford as a leading man action hero. He has proven in Firewall (in which a 60+ year old is supposed to be the world's smartest computer programmer! In your dreams!) as well as Hollywood Homicide that he can't pull in audiences anymore as an action hero. However, in Indy 4's good category is Spielberg, who still has one of the best directing track records possible. This one's a mystery, although I can't help but see Harrison Ford's reluctant acceptance of older leading man as closer to Stallone than Connery. Ford should note that Stallone's recent movies (remember "Driven"?) , the marketers ignored him in the posters and trailers in favor of explosions and special effects. The Indy poster has Ford looking very shadowy, hiding wrinkles and gray hair perhaps?

Hope it's a good trailer, we have all waited a long time for this one. And Ford is really showing his age on this one, shame they couldn't have gotten this one done sooner (and with Connery too.)
